Chakra Pendulum

Pendulums are dowsers–a divination tool. A pendulum can be a balanced object of any weight that hangs from a chain of leather, metal or cloth. The pendulum itself should have a blunt or sharp point. Healing pendulums dowse the body’s chakras, or energy centers, releasing blocked chi (energy). Always perform pendulum healing in a meditative state.

Detect Chi Blockages:

Detect chi blockages. Hold the pendulum by the chain over the person’s body. Hold the chain lightly between the thumb and forefinger. Relax your wrist.

Step 1. Start with the crown chakra, repeating the steps with each chakra. Hold the pendulum over each chakra to determine blockages.
Step 2. Relax until the pendulum stops over each chakra. Remain motionless. Allow the pendulum to create its own motion. If the pendulum moves in a circular motion, there is no blockage. Move on to the next chakra. If the pendulum moves from side to side, you have detected a blockage.
Step 3. Ask the pendulum to heal the blocked chi. Try to release the energy, allowing it to flow freely. When the chi is balanced, the pendulum will move in a circular motion and will stop, indicating it is time to move to the next chakra.

Other Usage:

Step 1. Cleanse your pendulum. Cleansing gets rid of other people’s energies and purifies your pendulum. You can do this by soaking it in a mixture of sea salt and water overnight.
Step 2. Charge your pendulum. To charge it, either set it out in the sunlight all day or the moonlight overnight.
Step 3. Learn the language of your pendulum. Hold your pendulum at the top of the chain between your index finger and middle finger allowing the crystal to hang free. Ask it to show you what NO looks like. It will start to swing in a specific direction. Ask it what YES looks like, and it will swing in a different direction. Then ask it what MAYBE or NEUTRAL looks like and see how it swings. This is the language of your pendulum.
Step 4. Prepare a list of questions. Make sure you phrase your questions so they can be answered yes, no or maybe.
Step 5. Set your intention. Always start a question session with a short statement that goes something like: It is my intention to get honest answers that will benefit the good of everyone.
Step 6. Start asking questions. Make sure to completely stop your pendulum between questions. Only accept answers that your instincts tell you are true and accurate. Keep a pen and your list of questions close to you to write down the answers.

Cleanse and recharge your pendulum after each session.
