- Instructions:
- 1. Roll a little of the Orange Essence into the palm of your left hand. 2. Rub your hands together. 3. Take three deep breaths of the Essence in through your nostrils. With your first breath in, be in the moment and quiet your mind. Feel the Orange Essence permeate every inch of your being. In the second breath, ask your subconscious to bring greater initiative and creativity. With the third breath in, ask your “higher self” for guidance to bring harmony in all your relationships and for self- confidence and the joy of life. 4. Apply a little of the Orange Essence to the energy centre located under your navel. 5. Rub in the Essence clockwise until you feel its warmth. Use this Essence every morning and evening, or as felt needed.
