Sodalite is the stone that I have used the most to heal from sexual abuse. It has helped with balancing out many issues around my sexuality. It helps to keep those who shut down sexually to open up and it helps those who are constantly centering themself in their sexuality to close that aspect down to balance out that energy. To me it is truly the balancing stone for sexuality.
It was one of the first stones I wrapped and often wear it on a shortish chain so that it can be near the throat chakra. I do find I have to clear it very often, esp. when I am trying to express my feelings without hurting others in the process.
